Do you need to place your account on hold for a while?

Cancellations have to be requested through the Billing Department.
Call  252-557-0520 or send an email to billing@enagicwebsystem.com

Keep in mind that due to terms of services presented when you signed up, cancellations have to be requested at least two days before the end of your billing cycle so they can be effective before your next payment, otherwise, your account will be cancelled on the last day of your new billing cycle.
