Update my Enagic ID

Do you have more than one Enagic ID and you need to change it? Here's how.

You can change/update your Enagic ID following the next steps:

  1. Sign in to your backoffice at https://www.enagicwebsystem.com/backoffice.php 

  2. You'll see your profile picture, name and Distributor ID at the top right section of your Backoffice home page. Click on your Distributor number. 

  3. You will need to validate your ID. Fill the boxes on the right under "Add a New ID". 

  4. An Email message will be sent to you with a confirmation link. Check your email inbox and click on the provided link. 

  5. Your Distributor ID should be automatically updated in the system and added to your list of ID's.

  6. Click on set as default and that ID will be associated with all your EWS sites. You can set another ID as default if you have more than one on the list.

Please remember that registering an ID is permanent and locks the ID to your account.

Do not register any ID that does not belong to you, this is against the Terms of Service.
