You can use the Contact Emailer tool to follow up and send valuable information to your contacts.

The Contact Emailer is located inside the Marketing System menu of your EWS Backoffice and it's one of the most important tools when it comes to follow up and educating your prospects. 

This tool allows you to use a variety of templates or compose your own emails from scratch so you can keep in touch with your contacts.

If order to send emails to your contacts, just follow the next instructions:

  1. On the left menu, click on Marketing System > Contact Emailer

  2. On the menu above the writing/editing window, click on Load Template, then click on Select Template. A drop-down menu will display. Look for the information you want to send or the appearance you want for your email.  Templates are divided by topic and you can also use blank templates to compose emails with your own wording.

  3. Select the recipients and add a subject to the email.

  4. Click on Send Now.

We highly recommend you to send yourself a test email before you send it to your contacts. This way you can make sure everything works fine or correct any errors if necessary. 

You can also save your emails as templates, drafts, or even schedule them by changing the Send Now drop-down menu to any of the different options available.

Note: Email templates will automatically include the prospect first name and your signature. If you want to know how to edit your signature click here.
