Autoresponders are emails sent automatically to your contacts upon an action taken by them or by you.
There are 2 sets of auto-responders: one for the Ebook and one for the Health Awareness Newsletters.
The auto-responders are sent the moment you or your contact fill out the opt-in form in any of your EWS websites or in the pop-ups.
When you sign up for the Ebook, a one-time email is sent to your email address containing the ebook attached as a pdf.
To sign up for the Health Awareness Newsletters, simply check the box asking for the newsletter to be sent. You or your contact will then receive a total of 10 letters, spread out over a 10 week time period.
Another way for your contact to receive this information is by you sending it through your Backoffice. To send the autoresponders to any of your contacts simply follow these instructions:
Log-in to your backoffice at https://www.enagicwebsystem.com/backoffice.php
On the left Menu, click on Marketing System > Contact Manager.
Right click on the name of the desired Contact. A menu will display.
On that menu, select Campaigns, then select Add to Campaigns.
Select the Free Ebook prospects or the Health Awareness Newsletter.
You can also send this info to your prospects via the EWS mobile app.
Simply touch the Send Info option on the homepage, type in your prospect’s contact info and select the campaign you want to send.
