We are always working on giving our customers the best products at the lowest possible cost, so this change has been a thoughtful decision made after a lot of careful study.

EWS started its pricing over 11 years ago at $30 / mo which was even quite low at that time.  In all these years producing hundreds of thousands of prospects/contacts per year, we felt the pain of servicing all these contacts for the price we had set.  

We resisted year after year any kind of a price change, but as you are well aware, not only were we quite cheap for "unlimited contacts and messaging", we also had to fight inflation along side the rest of the world.

We made the decision during this transition that we had to correlate the contact limit directly to the amount paid in service.  But we didn't do it arbitrarily!  

We studied the contacts per member in our database and chose the sweet spots between least member impact and yet covering our own expenses as well.  Most users were not affected by the contact limit, but those that were really needed to be.  

If you were to compare your contact needs to other "contact manager / automated marketing" services out there, you'd find their prices higher or about the same as ours. And you don't get any of the added benefits of EWS!

Please understand there is a direct correlation between our costs and number of contacts we service, we simply had to fix the shortcoming in our pricing at some point.  

BUT we were extremely kind when we did it.  We let our existing members keep many of their prior benefits.  Just contact our support team to check yours. 

We made every effort to give as much value as we could to our existing members and for most of our members it fits their current needs.  Please keep in mind that we don't get funding from Enagic or any of the sales we help produce.

Please note that we did NOT remove any of your contacts to fit in the new limit.  You still have access to all of them. We kept them in our servers in our effort to ease the transition that we simply had to make in order to continue servicing the Enagic Community.  In fact, if you wanted, you could just clean up your list to fit within your current plan and be on your way!
