Your detailed downline genealogy is information held by Enagic. EWS, as the Official Marketing System for Enagic, has no direct access to that info.
To see your downline you can ask Enagic to send you a Genealogy Report from your Backoffice Distributor Area.
LOGIN.
Go to Distributor Area on the left main menu.
Click on Enagic Forms.
Go to "All Forms".
Download and fill the Genealogy Report Form and send it to the email stated in the form.
