If you signed up using another ID number, you will need to write a letter to compliance@enagicwebsystem.com stating an explanation as for why you put in someone else's ID.
An investigation will then be conducted by Enagic as stated in the Terms of Service.
You should provide as much detail about the situation as possible, including why you had the validation details of another ID and if the person owning that ID authorized you to do this, or any other errors made during the registration process.
Please note that registering an ID is permanent and locks the ID to your account. Do not register any ID that does not belong to you for you will go against Enagic's Terms of Service.
