How to request account & personal data deletion.

You may wish to have your personal data removed from EnagicWebSystem.com and/or Enagic•Mobi mobile application, so this article explains how to make that request.

Personal Data includes but is not limited to:

  • Location & Address Information

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Financial data

  • Contact Emailer Messages

  • Contact List

  • Social Media campaigns and authentications

  • Files & Documents

  • Landing Pages

  • Websites

  • Calendar Items & Remote Authentications

  • Photos & Videos

  • Social Media account information

You may request that some of this data is deleted, without deletion of your account, or you may request an entire data and account deletion. Deletion happens immediately upon authenticated request and is not recoverable.

How to make a deletion request:

The best way to authenticate your request is to login to your backoffice and click on our chat icon in the bottom-right of your screen. In some circumstances, we may also wish to verify the request by calling the phone number you have previously provided and ask that you authenticate account details.

If you do not have the ability to login to your account, you may make a request by emailing support@enagicwebsystem.com or by using the chat icon located on our company website. All unauthenticated requests must undergo account validation routines before we can perform the deletion.
