The PDF download system will use your Business Name or your main profile first then the last name second.  

For this reason, each time you go to download a form, it will check your browser cache to see if you have downloaded it before and compare to what it should be.  

This is just to make sure it is using the most up to date info.  This wouldn't affect a new contact that had never viewed a form before.
