Use codes to insert first names and signatures in your emails.

You can easily make the system automatically insert your prospect's first name and your signature in emails and email campaigns.

Simply insert one or both of these 2 codes into each email that you make. 

The first code is for the name.  PROSPECT_FIRSTNAME will bring each person's first name that is in the Send To box.  

!SIGNATURE! will bring your signature in from the Email Signature section.  

All of the templates from the Load Template section should have these already, but just check to make sure. 

Important:  They must be typed exactly how you see them above.

Recommendation:  Always send the email to yourself before sending it to anyone else.  This way you can make sure it looks and functions the way you want before sending it to anyone else.
